Bala Baya is chef Eran Tibi and Sammy Shonn’s poem to Tel Aviv. It’s about an honest love between food and people. Eran Tibi’s love of Tel Aviv and its many unique eating habits inspired him to create a menu that mimics a day in the life of Tel Aviv.

 

We are a bakery in the morning, a fast paced pita kiosk with a sit down restaurant at lunch and a buzzy street level restaurant at night. Our food is rooted in tradition but with a progressive and modern take. 

 

Inspired by the Bauhaus architecture of Tel Aviv, award winning Afroditi Krassa has designed a kaleidoscopic space that allows you to experience Tel Aviv and its sun-kissed youthfulness.
